A one on one meeting where we take you through a our business its history, values, business model, methodology. We analyze your career, investment pans and then advice you on your role as an Antal Franchise Partner – niche that you will recruit within, your investment plans, ROI etc.

03. Interact with the Antal Support Team

We set up a call between you and our Franchise Training Director, Ms. Shinu Jose – who is also an ex recruitment consultant, who helped set up the 1st franchise office in India, to further help you understand and plan your business, niche and the Antal Methodology. We also encourage you to speak to our PR Manager to understand how you could use PR tools to build your brand as specialists recruiter.

04. Speak to Existing Franchise Owners

We connect you to individuals like yourself who come with great career backgrounds and are now pursing their entrepreneurial ambitions by becoming an Antal Managing Partner. There are owners who either come from the same niche or city as yours. Speaking to them will help you clarify your doubts or any other queries you may have.

05. Sign Franchise Agreement

Complete the signing formalities and take the initial steps to set up your own franchise business such as registering your firm, etc.

06. Attend the Antal Induction

Our Induction is a Two Week Classroom Style Training Module during which you master all of Antal’s Intellectual Property (Methodology, Systems & Processes).

07. Launch Your Business

Once the Induction is Complete, you are All Set to Embark on your Entrepreneurial Journey with Antal International!
